Ric Salmon is a partner and director at ATC Management. ATC has a roster of over 50 management clients including the likes of Nick Cave, PJ Harvey, Faithless, Laura Marling, Johnny Marr, Trevor Horn along with a roster of over 400 acts through its live division, ATC-Live.

Prior to ATC, Ric founded management company Harvest Entertainment in 2007. Harvest represented globally established artists such as Seal, Morrissey and Joss Stone, while developing a number of exciting young emerging artists. Ric currently sits on the board of the MMF and the CMM, and a number of other not-for-profit organisations.

Anna Gruszka is the Music Content Strategist at TikTok. As a digital content specialist and project manager her years of experience cover initiating, developing, and managing high quality projects and events in the music industry and in the arts. She also manages partnerships with multiple music, cultural and corporate organisations, coordinate international cooperations, creates dynamic external and internal communications, and develops successful digital marketing and PR strategies.

Prior to TikTok she was a music content specialist for EMEA at YouTube Music and Google Play Music.

Aaron Bogucki joined AWAL in April 2018 as VP, Digital Marketing where he oversees digital marketing and strategy for the AWAL roster. Prior to AWAL he spent three years as VP, Digital Marketing at Republic Records in NYC working with The Weeknd, Post Malone, James Bay, Ariana Grande, Florence + the Machine, Liam Payne, and more.

He started his career at Mercury Music Group, and spent time at Warner Bros UK before moving to Polydor. Over his seven years at Polydor UK, he served as head of digital for two years, working with artists including Girls Aloud, Cheryl Cole, Elbow, Snow Patrol, Eminem, the Rolling Stones.

Matt Campion is the Creative Director at Spirit Media. He oversees all creative and production output at Spirit. An experienced TV & digital producer, he is the creative powerhouse behind 1000s of hours of live TV and developer of original formats for iPlayer, All 4, E4, C4, BBC & ITV.

Recent credits include creating, EP and directing The Stand Up Sketch Show for ITV, re-developing Trigger Happy TV as a digital original and devising and launching the global mental health awareness campaign #IAMWHOLE.
